Need a little help fundraising?

As a face-to-face fundraiser in all mediums (from door-to-door, to street canvassing, to telephone & major gifts acquisition) I have over a ten-year history of success in the discipline.

I’ve raised over seven-figures in face-to-face fundraising (notably for the reconstruction of the Queen West CAMH facilities) But I’ve also cold-called on behalf of the National Ballet of Canada & raised over $200,000 in two years just by making phone calls to the ticket-buying crowd. I have been successful on every campaign I’ve ever been a part of & have consistently exceeded target goals.

My approach is rooted in having genuine empathy for the average donor. It can be a hard, cold world & people want to know that if they’re giving their money to a person or an organization, it’s going to do some kind of good for the people involved.

If you’re not interested in making that kind of connection with people, I’m not the one you should be seeking.

But, if you have an idea - a project in the arts, a community endeavor - something that requires raising funds and don’t know where to start, say hello to me & at least tell me about the project so I know how to approach you for our first conversation (we can talk about consulting fees later, if it even comes to that)

If you feel compelled to use the tip jar when you make the hello, I’ll be more than happy to respond to you but it’s not mandatory & I’ll be happy to respond to any inquiry.

If there’s a project you want to achieve and don’t have the money, don’t be afraid to say hello. I will work with anyone who’s genuine with what they want to accomplish & you can pay me later if the advice I give to you does some good.
